Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivering Happiness, Intact. At Miyabi Cakery, we treat every cake like a precious gift. Because our artisanal mousse cakes are delicate and temperature-sensitive, we use specialized car delivery partners to ensure your cake arrives in perfect condition—chilled, beautiful, and ready to celebrate.

1. Delivery Areas & Coverage We are based in Sri Petaling (57000) and deliver up to a 60km radius, covering most of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

Popular delivery areas include:

  • Zone A (Nearby): Sri Petaling, Bukit Jalil, OUG, Kuchai Lama.

  • Zone B - D (KL & PJ): Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC), Bangsar, Mont Kiara, Petaling Jaya (PJ), Puchong, Cheras, Sunway.

  • Zone E - I (Outer Klang Valley): Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Kota Kemuning, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Kajang, Sungai Buloh, Klang.

2. Delivery Times We deliver daily to ensure freshness.

  • Standard Delivery Slots: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for selected cakes if ordered before 4:00 PM.

3. Important: Receiving Your Cake Our cakes are made with premium ingredients and natural mousse, which means they are sensitive to heat.

  • Someone must be home: Please ensure someone is available to receive the cake during your selected time slot.

  • Refrigerate Immediately: Once received, please place the cake in the chiller (not freezer) immediately for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best texture.

  • No "Gate Drops": We cannot leave cakes at guardhouses or on doorsteps as they will melt in the Malaysian heat. If no one is home, the cake will be returned to our HQ, and a re-delivery fee will apply.

4. Self-Pickup Prefer to collect it yourself? You are welcome to pick up your order from our Sri Petaling studio.

  • Location: Miyabi Cakery 36N, Jalan Radin Anum, Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, 57000 Kuala Lumpur.

  • Pickup Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

5. Delivery Rates Our delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our Sri Petaling kitchen to ensure fair pricing for all zones (Zone A to Zone I).
