- Wakatake Coconut Matcha: Wakatake matcha mousse, fresh coconut filling and matcha sponge.
- Blueberry Dacquoise: blueberry mousse, blueberry confit and dacquoise.
- Kuro Goma Azuki: black sesame mousse, Japanese red bean mousse and sesame sponge.
