- Lemon Calamansi Cloud: lemon light cheese mousse, lemon calamansi crémeux and vanilla sponge.
- Wakatake Coconut Matcha: Wakatake matcha mousse, fresh coconut filling and matcha sponge.
- Blueberry Dacquoise: blueberry mousse, blueberry confit and dacquoise.
- Kuro Goma Azuki: black sesame mousse, Japanese red bean mousse and sesame sponge.

Please pre-order at least 3 days in advance. No daily order cutoff applies. Collection or delivery starts from 25 September 2026, subject to available dates and time slots. Choose your date and time in the cart.
Storage and care
